04 -06 -1994 -ൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത് 29 -07 -94 ൽ പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിച്ച കൊല്ലം ജില്ലാ പോലീസ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ടമെന്റ് എംപ്ലോയീസ് സഹകരണസംഘം ക്ലിപ്തം നമ്പർ ക്യു.1179 ,25 വർഷം പൂർത്തീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. 25 വർഷം പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയ നമ്മുടെ സംഘത്തിന്റെ രൂപീകരണത്തിനും വളർച്ചക്കും നേതൃത്വം നൽകിയ ഏവരെയും നന്ദിയോടെ സ്മരിക്കുന്നു . പ്രതിസന്ധികളേയും വെല്ലുവിളികളെയും അതിജീവിച്ചു സഹകാരികളുടെ അകമഴിഞ്ഞ പിന്തുണ കൊണ്ട് സംഘം ക്ലാസ്-1 പദവിയിൽ എത്തിനിൽക്കുന്നു . ഇനിയും നാം കൂടുതൽ മുന്നേറേണ്ടതായിട്ടുണ്ട് . അതിനു എല്ലാ സഹകാരികളുടെയും ആത്മാര്ത്ഥമായ പിന്തുണ അഭ്യർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു.
ജില്ലാ പോലീസ് സേനയിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന എല്ലാ വിഭാഗം ജീവനക്കാരുടെയും ക്ഷേമത്തെ ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കി കേരളാ പോലീസ് അസോസിയേഷന്റെ 1994 -95 പ്രവർത്തന വർഷത്തെ കൊല്ലം ജില്ലാ പ്രെസിഡന്റും സെക്രെട്ടറിയുമായിരുന്ന ശ്രീ . ആർ .രവീന്ദ്രൻപിള്ള , ശ്രീ . റ്റി വി സ്റ്റീഫൻ എ .ആർ .യു സെക്രട്ടറി ആയിരുന്ന ശ്രീ എൻ . ശിവരാജൻ എന്നിവരടങ്ങിയ കമ്മിറ്റിയാണ് പ്രാരംഭ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക്ക് നേതൃത്ത്വം നൽകിയത് .
The Kollam District Police Department Employees' Co-operative Society Ltd. No. Q.1179 was registered on 04-06-1994 and commenced its operations on 29-07-1994. Having successfully completed 25 years of dedicated service, the Society proudly reflects on its remarkable journey.
We gratefully remember and express our sincere appreciation to all those who played a vital role in the establishment and growth of our Society. Overcoming numerous challenges and difficulties, and with the wholehearted support of our members, the Society has achieved Class-I status.
While we take pride in this achievement, we recognize that there is still much more to accomplish. We sincerely seek the continued cooperation, trust, and wholehearted support of all our members as we strive towards greater progress and excellence in the years ahead.
A committee comprising Shri R. Ravindran Pillai (Kollam District President of the Kerala Police Association for the 1994–95 term), Shri T.V. Stephen (District Secretary), and Shri N. Sivarajan (ARU Secretary) spearheaded the initial activities aimed at the welfare of all categories of personnel in the district police force.

ഞങ്ങളുടെ സഹകരണ കുടുംബത്തിലേക്ക് ചേരാൻ യോഗ്യരായ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരെയും ജീവനക്കാരെയും ഞങ്ങൾ സ്വാഗതം ചെയ്യുന്നു. അംഗത്വത്തിനുള്ള യോഗ്യതാ മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങൾ താഴെ പറയുന്നവയാണ്:
യോഗ്യരായ വിഭാഗങ്ങൾ: പോലീസ് വകുപ്പിന് കീഴിൽ സേവനമനുഷ്ഠിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ വിഭാഗം ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർക്കും ജീവനക്കാർക്കും അംഗത്വം നേടാവുന്നതാണ്.
പ്രവർത്തനപരിധി: ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ നിലവിൽ കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നവരോ നിയമിതരായവരോ ആയിരിക്കണം.
ചുരുക്കത്തിൽ: കൊല്ലം ജില്ലാ പോലീസ് വകുപ്പിന് കീഴിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന ഏത് റാങ്കിലോ കേഡറിലോ ഉള്ള പോലീസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർക്കും വകുപ്പ് ജീവനക്കാർക്കും ഈ സൊസൈറ്റിയിൽ അംഗത്വം എടുക്കാൻ അർഹതയുണ്ട്.
We welcome eligible personnel to join our cooperative family. The membership eligibility criteria are outlined below:
Eligible Categories: Membership is open to all categories of officers and employees serving under the Police Department.
Jurisdiction: Personnel must be currently working/posted within the Kollam District.
In short: All police personnel and department staff of any rank/cadre working within the Kollam District Police Department are eligible to take membership in the society.
കൊല്ലം ജില്ലാ പോലീസ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റ് എംപ്ലോയീസ് കോ-ഓപ്പറേറ്റീവ് സൊസൈറ്റിയിൽ അംഗമാകുന്നത് പോലീസ് കുടുംബത്തിന് പ്രത്യേകം രൂപകൽപ്പന ചെയ്ത നിരവധി സാമ്പത്തിക ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങളും ക്ഷേമ സഹായങ്ങളും നൽകുന്നു:

ഉയർന്ന വരുമാനമുള്ള നിക്ഷേപ പദ്ധതികൾ: മത്സരാധിഷ്ഠിത പലിശ നിരക്കുകളുള്ള സ്ഥിര നിക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ, ആവർത്തിച്ചുള്ള നിക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ, മൾട്ടി-ഡിവിഷൻ പ്രതിമാസ സേവിംഗ്സ് സ്കീമുകൾ (MSS) പോലുള്ള സുരക്ഷിത സേവിംഗ്സ് പ്ലാനുകളിൽ നിക്ഷേപിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള എക്സ്ക്ലൂസീവ് ഓപ്ഷനുകൾ.
പ്രത്യേക മെഡിക്കൽ & വെൽഫെയർ സപ്പോർട്ട്: സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ആദ്യത്തെ വന്ധ്യതാ ചികിത്സാ വായ്പ (IFTL) പോലുള്ള അതുല്യമായ ക്ഷേമ പദ്ധതികളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ, സബ്സിഡിയുള്ള 5% പലിശ നിരക്കിൽ.
